Seattle Children’s Journey Program

The Journey Grief Support Program is for any family who has experienced the death of a child, whether at Seattle Children’s or in the community. We provide pediatric grief support for children under age 18 who have experienced the loss of a parent/caregiver or sibling. We offer individual, couples, family and child grief support to residents of Washington State. 206-987-2062.

GRIEF CAMPS

Camp Erin (Eluna Network)

Children and teens ages 6-17 attend a transformational weekend camp that combines traditional, fun camp activities with grief education and emotional support, free of charge for all families. Led by grief professionals and trained volunteers, Camp Erin provides a unique opportunity for youth to increase levels of hope, enhance self-esteem, and especially to learn that they are not alone.

Culturally responsive and Trauma-Informed Healing for Our sacred youth age 7-17. Weekend camp and ongoing monthly community gatherings, both incorporating elements of culture and traditional medicine.

Camp Kangaroo

Camp Kangaroo is a bereavement camp experience offered free of charge to children in the community who have suffered the death of a loved one. Participants receive grief education and emotional support combined with fun camp activities. This program is psychotherapy and creative arts therapy based.
